The product is great. The issue I had is that I ordered 2 2-packs (ie: 4 chains and 4 connector sets) but received 3 chains and 3 connector sets with no price adjustment.

Shipped product was not the expected finish that was depicted. What I got was a bright gold when I needed a less shiny brass.

The lamp chain kit at the local home improvement store was flimsy looking & only rated for about 30 pounds. Royal Designs chain is much better looking and, stronger. It's got a high luster finish. It's rated for 60 lbs. It's the right stuff. The only fault is that it doesn't come with a new piece of lamp wire & ground wire.
