The box arrived damaged. I replace a lot of LCD panels and some come in packaged better than others. This one could use a stronger box. The panel electronics strip was a little bent, but it installed ok.

The screen looks amazing I’m hype!!! Great service and very prompt response.Can’t stress it enough that if you see this, make sure your laptop is the correct resolution for the Inspiron 5559 1366x768.The touchscreen usually infers that you have the correct one- as the non-touch is usually full 1080. I almost made that mistake myself. Luckily I cancelled that, and found this!10/10 would recommend & would buy again. It also came a day early. Insanely easy to install. The touchscreen isn’t tested yet, but I can assume it will work (I usually have it off anyway)

I’m very impressed with the quality of this product for not being oem. The screen looks great, the touch screen is super quick, and It took me all of 10 minutes to install. It was a little dull at first but I just had to calibrate it and then it worked great!

I was reluctant to do this installation by myself, but watching some videos I noticed it was relatively easy to do, so I ordered this screen from SCREENARAMA and it came with all the tools you need. So I installed it in minutes and it worked great!

Without having the toolkit it would have been very difficult to get the bezel off. There is a small thin spade tool that slips under the bezel to break free the sticky tape. I tried getting under it with other tools but this spade tool made it easy to remove without damaging the bezel. It also included a magnetic screwdriver so all in all a total package. The screen works perfectly.

I received this item one day earlier than expected. I made sure that my cracked screen had 40 pins like the one I purchased. I also made sure that the replacement screen was a touch screen that supported 1920x1080 resolution. Although I didn't expect to need the tools included with the new screen, I found them vary convenient especially the screwdriver and the tweezers. The screwdriver has a magnetic head that helped with the alignment of the screws when attaching the screen. The tweezers made it easy to remove the tape attached to the 40 pin connector.I watched a few videos on how to replace a Dell Inspiron 5559 screen so I already had the trim around the screen removed before I ordered a replacement so that I could confirm the pin count. The replacement process was very easy and I had no difficulties at all. I was surprised that the touch screen was automatically enabled after the replacement. I had disabled the touch screen when it was cracked for obvious reasons.

First one simply didn't work, was defective; second one arrived cracked and bent. Returned both, stuck without screen.
