After purchasing a screen from another supplier, I realized the connector was not the right one. That’s when I found this. Not only was it shipped quickly, it was exactly as shown. It came with tools, double sided stickers to re-set the screen and a lifetime warranty. A+ product. I installed it in just a few minutes and my computer looks brand new. I’m very happy. Thank you.

I got the new screen a few days earlier than originally anticiapted. Packaging was very solid and ensured that there was no damage at all. The screen was wrapped a few times and also seemed to come with a return package incase of a cracked screen. The product was exactly to spec and the installation instructions were found on YouTube. I have to say that the price and the tools to perform the procedure were excellent, including the double sided tape to connect the screen to the back. Overall an outstanding experience, I wish I had known how cheap this was, and would have done it way sooner.

I really wish I found them sooner! I made the mistake of buying from Brightfocal on Amazon first and it was an absolute nightmare. The screen had defects and the seller copy and pasted ISO information from a manufacturer website to try to justify a brand new screen having defects. The seller only offered to replace the screen if they deemed it had more than 4 dead pixels. None of this was listed in their item description before buying. I had to contact Amazon, they considered the seller as misleading and they failed to offer a customer a resolution. Amazon initiated a return and I sent the item back. The Brightfocal seller charged me a restocking fee, Amazon asked them why, and the seller lied by saying I bought the wrong screen and I returned a brand new product that never was installed. That was a lie as I even sent pictures of the screen installed and working to point out the dead spot that I was referring to in my messages to them. The seller then changed their excuse and said I returned the product late, which was another lie because it was returned days before the Amazon deadline. Amazon just did an A-Z claim and got my money back but it was awful to have to go back and forth so much and it really shows how buying from the wrong company can be a huge mistake.I came across SCREENARAMA when I was looking for another screen to buy and it was such a huge difference! They offer a screen for the same price, it came with double sided tape, 4 tools for the install, AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM DEFECTS!!! Not only do they offer this but they have installation instructions and they reached out to me after buying to make sure everything was alright and they sent a link for the instructions and the warranty. Their screen was perfect out of the box and it had zero issues. Every pixel worked and it was a perfect replacement for the original screen. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste time buying from other places who don't treat customers well. Buy from a place like this who actually care about customers and provide you with extra tools, support, and a warranty that shows they stand behind what they sell!!

The screen is a perfect match, it came on time and installation was easy as expected.The only thing that was not right is that together with the screen it was offered tools and double sided adhesive that is use to secure the screen to the back panel, the tools came but regretfully the double sided adhesive didn't come in the box.I filed the complaint, and the company replied to me telling me that they are sure that the double sided adhesive was in the box, but I checked and nothing else came in the box, so I needed to buy the double sided adhesive from another vendor.The idea to have a bundle is great, but the fact tht not all the pieces of the bundle are included is not good and the fact that then they don't stand up for their product is even worse.

Product fit great and worked great did not come with any adhesive tape for mounting so I’m still stuck with a broken laptop for another few more days

got it today, installed and i cant adjust the brightness for the screen. No idea why eitherEDIT***** I boosted to 4 stars based on customer service. I returned the screen and they tested it and it worked fine. So the problem was on my end. Yes they did offer a refund.

I ordered this replacement for my Lenovo Ideapad 3. It was delivered intact and by watching a YouTube video, I could replace the screen with the added tools. I didn’t have to pay extra for a technician to fix it for me. This is recommended!
