I returned the product at Whole Foods in time and now it’s been 24 days I have not received my refund yet. Amazon is really becoming useless now. I had such a bad experience with this product and this order. First I received partial product and then when I returned, I am now left with nothing, neither the partial product nor my money.

The device is fast, easy to use and can not only grind coffee but also functions as a chopper thanks to the second bowl with different blades. As a coffee grinder it works fine, but it's not amazing. I found that the uniformity of the ground coffee leaves some room for improvement and I wasn't really able to get a very fine grind. It's perfectly fine for drip coffee makers.I really like it as a chopper. The size of the removable bowls is perfect and you can chop and dice in seconds. Works really well! The grinder is pretty small, doesn't take much counter space and when not in use - it's easy to store away in a cupboard. For my needs it's a solid choice!

🌟 Quality:The build quality of this grinder is solid. It feels durable and well-made, and I’m happy with the materials. Both bowls work efficiently, and they’re easy to clean since they come out for washing. I especially appreciate that they leave no residue, although I use a small brush to clean around the blades just to be sure. The cap fits snugly and doesn’t come off during operation, which is a nice touch. However, when grinding very fine powders like dry herbs, some of it can spill outside the machine, which is a bit of a mess.⚙️ Functionality:This grinder does a decent job overall. For spices, it’s excellent — it pulverizes them into a fine powder effortlessly. It works well with dried herbs and garlic, too. However, when grinding coffee beans, it’s not as effective as burr grinders. While it gets the job done, it leaves small bits behind, so it’s not suitable for espresso. It’s also quite slow for certain tasks like grinding freeze-dried foods, but the chop cup makes it easier and faster. The two-cup design is nice in theory, but without grind settings or a hands-free option, its versatility feels limited.💰 Price:Price-wise, it’s decent. It’s more affordable than premium coffee grinders, but you get what you pay for — it’s great for spices but just okay for coffee. For the features it offers, I’d say it’s fairly priced.🏆 Overall:Overall, I think this grinder is a solid choice for those who need a versatile kitchen gadget for spices and some light coffee grinding. It’s reliable, powerful, and easy to clean. However, if you’re a coffee enthusiast or need a more precise grind, I’d recommend looking at burr grinders. Despite a few limitations, I’m happy with it and would recommend it for most general-purpose grinding tasks!

The lid ensures there is no mess and the bowls can be easily cleaned. One bowl is more suited to coffee beans; the other can be used for dry food like nuts and spices as well as wet food like ginger root or garlic cloves. Perfect for small jobs when you don’t want to use larger equipment like a food processor, etc. Only downside is gauging how long it takes to get the consistency you want.Overall very pleased with this purchase.

We got this grinder to replace our simple B&D grinder that was half the price of this one. I'm here to tell you that this Secura is easily worth 2x the price of the B&D. Having a removable bucket makes cleanup super easy. Having a smaller lid inside the bigger lid keeps the mess contained. Having two buckets allows us to keep the savoury and the sweet ingredients separate. We only use it for dry ingredients so I can't comment on performance with wet ingredients.I also like that you press the entire lid to activate instead of a small button. Makes it much easier to use when you're busy cooking, prepping and cleaning all at the same time..

I recently got the Secura electric coffee and spice grinder. This Secura grinder comes with stainless steel removable bowls, which I really like. The stainless steel is a great touch since it doesn’t have the static or odor issues that plastic bowls can have! The stainless steel bowls are spacious, which is great for grinding coffee, but they feel a little too large when I’m just grinding a small amount of spices like peppercorns. Even though I prefer the flavor from a burr grinder for coffee, I’ll keep using the Secura grinder’s 2-blade bowl for spices and nuts when I bake. The 4-blade bowl is fantastic for wet ingredients like garlic or onions, and it saves me from pulling out my full-sized food processor. In addition to using it for spices and small kitchen tasks, I’ve been crushing dried peppers from my summer harvest, and it’s done an excellent job turning them into a fine powder, which I love. The build quality of this grinder is solid. It feels well-made and durable, and both bowls work effectively. They’re easy to clean since they’re removable, and they don’t leave any residue behind. I use a small brush to clean around the blades, just to be thorough. The cap fits snugly and doesn’t come off during use, but some fine powders, like dry herbs, can spill outside, which can be a bit messy.
