Updated review:Contacted customer support about the faulty grinder. They acted promptly and shipped a new grinder with no additional cost. Happy and Satisfied with their customer service.Not long lasting!Purchased this grinder around six months ago. It worked well for a few months and after 4-5 months of good working it stopped working suddenly..just won't start at all. Won’t recommend this if you are looking for long lasting grinder.

The grinder says coffee grinder but in their description on amazon says it can be used for spices, vegetables as well. What is correct? It is also made in China but they said UK

The matte black looks sharp next to my black kettle. It's a good weight so stays put when grinding and is quieter than others I have used. It has double safety feature with both cup and lid locks that must be set before it can be used. My issue is that it's tough to get a coarse or even medium grind. I set on 15 seconds (med setting) and get a fine powder. On 5 seconds I get med-fine. I'll try even short time tomorrow, but it shouldn't be this way. My hope is the blades will dull over time and I be able to to tailor my coffee to the grind I prefer.

I use it to grind flax seeds, hemp seeds, spices and coffee. Works very well. Why I like it compare to other grinders I tried :- Cups are a bit larger than most other products- Dry and wet grinding cups- less noise- button to start and timer. I press the button and do other tasks. It stops itself after grinding. In other products I have to press the top and stand there wasting time. This is really nice.Last but not the least beautiful compact design and nice color.

Thanks for your support!Sorry to write this review but this machine disappointed me. After 2 months of occasional use, it stopped working. I had other machine before this one that lasted for 2 years. Unfortunately it was not available at amazon so I ended up buying this. I would appreciate if seller gets back to me with next available options.

Despite some of the reviews I ordered this anyways because I liked the versatility. Not just a coffee grinder! I also liked how you can adjust the grind from course to fine. So far so good! Works great and easy to remove the cups to dump and clean! Plan on using the additional cup for doing spices!

10/10 marks to the empathy shown by the company on customer centricity. I never expected that someone would reach out to me after seeing Amazon review and would try to resolve the issue I had faced with my unit.The company representative obliged to send a new replacement which is working as expected. They also had offered me full refund but I am kind of in love with the design of this coffee grinder. It is small yet appealing with modern looks.The product is less noisy as advertised by the company. Once again, hats off to the customer centricity shown by the company.
