Very quick to reach even the Max temperaure, less than 1,5 minutes. Nice to have a stand included and also all stuff you need to get the work done. The gun is easy to use and hold it. Love that the temperature can be adjusted. Great to have 6 different tips to use and work with. Top price for all that, love it!

It heats fast, is easy and intuitive to use, comfortable in the hand, and most importantly includes everything you need to get started. There are many similar kits around the same price on Amazon but in my opinion this one looks the nicest/most premium in it's class. The variety of tips should allow you to tackle any project you need to without needing to make any additional purchases. I would absolutely recommend this to someone who needs to do a one time or occasional soldering job.

My old soldering iron is about 30 years old. It was time for a new one. I picked up this soldering iron to handle some small DIY projects, and it’s been a good tool for the price. It heats up quickly, and I like that it shows the temperature in real time on the LED display. Adjusting the temperature is easy with the touch buttons, and it stays consistent while I’m working. The kit comes with the basics; a few tips, a holder, and a small sponge. But you’ll likely need to buy more supplies if you’re tackling bigger projects.I used it to solder some 14 AWG wire, and while it struggled a bit with tinning thicker wire, it handled smaller tasks just fine. The handle stays comfortable even after extended use, though the plastic knob near the tip does get warm. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to keep in mind. The auto sleep feature is a nice touch, especially if you tend to forget to turn it off.Overall, it’s a good soldering iron for beginners or occasional use. It’s not the most powerful or high-end tool out there, but it gets the job done without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for something affordable and easy to use, this is a good option.
