I am absolutely not used to this diameter of bit, as it looks impossibly tiny to me. Unlike most people I am intending to use it with a small trim router to do template routing and inlays. These bits are known to be very delicate so I'm almost dreading using it for the first time.Construction quality seems to be high. The shaft is flawless and the fluting appears to be similarly without issues. No idea if the blue coating helps, but I would assume that a bit like this will last relatively long if it is being used for delicate cuts.

Cut at less than the spec on my first pass (0.5mm per pass) to see how it cut and it broke 2 minutes in. Was on a piece of pine scrap. Had other 1/16" bits that would hold up no problem
