I am a petite 5’1 female and this did not fit my head! I think it is because it is not very flexible! Good quality looks just like the picture however had to return! Wish it came in different sizes! Note: I have a smaller than average head lol so hat runs small!

It is made of paper but holds its shape great. I have had it in a rain storm and it is still just as the day I bought it.
