The description states that the aluminum alloy material of these 12” pizza trays are high-temperature-resistant. So they are perfect little pizza trays to use in an air fryer, toaster oven, or maybe even a woodfire grill! The mesh screen allows good heat circulation so the bottom of the pizza gets cooked evenly for a nice crispy crust, not all soggy like on a solid pizza pan. I can also use these trays for roasting veggies, such as my favorite buffalo cauliflower wings! Or I can use them for getting bread lightly toasted on both sides at once (my toaster over has upper and lower heating elements). Or for crispy sweet potato fries or onion rings, yum!I like spraying the trays first with a little olive oil to make them more non-stick. I would be careful not to try to cook anything too juicy or gooey on these, like juicy hamburgers with melted cheese, as the juices and goo might just drip right through and make a mess in my oven. But at least the trays are easy to clean with soap, water, and a dish brush. I have found that these trays stay flat and hold their shape well. They seem like decent quality.

Takes your pizzas to a new level of goodness, makes it much easier to cook the crust. Cleans up in the dishwasher, perfect size for two. Highly recommended.

I have never used a pizza screen before now. I always had either a solid pizza pan or used aluminum foil under my pizza in the oven. I wondered what the difference would be with a screen, so I got this set of three 12" ones. Wow, what a difference it makes in the crust of the pizza! It was sooo good! For reference, the photo with a pizza on the screen is a Digiorno rising crust pizza and I took the photo to show how well it fit for the 12" screen. The only part I did not like was the clean up. A bit of cheese was on the bottom of the pizza and it got baked on quite blackly to the screen. I do not have a dishwasher, so all my kitchen items are hand washed. It took a stiff scrub brush and some soaking to get that blackened cheese off. I did use a dish cloth on it once that was removed, but it is the weirdest feeling rubbing a cloth on it. The cloth wants to stick to it too. I have come to the conclusion it is better to just brush scrub it clean. These screens are pretty sturdy for being made of lightweight aluminum and take a good scrubbing without bending or any other evidence of failure.I'm definitely recommending these pizza screens. They are well made and strong. Made my store bought frozen pizzas much tastier! And I'm sure if you have a dishwasher, cleanup will be a lot easier than handwashing, lol.

These aluminum pizza screens are as advertised, good quality and are a good size for even small ovens. You can use them to cook your pizza, but I use them to cool a pizza after taking off a stone so the crust doesn’t get soggy from the steam still coming off of it . Works well for transporting in a box too. Use them a lot. Easy to throw them in the dishwasher. Good price at $20 for 3.

We go through periods where we love making our own pizzas... These days we have a dedicated small pizza oven but in the past I've made them in the oven or on my Big Green Egg. If there's one thing all that pizza making has taught me is that I'm not very good with dough. There have been quite a few dinners that started at pizzas and finished as calzones after I screw up getting the dough off the pizza peel and onto the stone to cook it.The other day I was at Dominos and realized they use similar pans... LIGHTBULB!! Why bother fighting with sliding the pizza dough off the peel when I can just build the pizza on a pan like this and just put the entire pan on the stone. SO MUCH EASIER!!! Seriously... if you make any amount of pizzas you need this.Someone mentioned sticking... a little olive oil brushed onto this before you put your dough (or frozen pizza in their case) on it goes a long way towards keeping things from sticking.

I really like that I can put pizzas on these and that I don't have to place them directly on the oven rack, sometimes it can be hard to scrape it off of the rack and makes the oven dirty and this actually takes care of that issue. The only downside is that I tried with frozen pizza and it did kind of stick to it more than I would have liked. Next time I think I'll use some parchment paper, I believe even with that I would still get the crispiness of the crust.Easy to clean with a dish brush ( I'll probably wouldn't recommend a sponge because things like this tend to eat sponges up really easy)All in all I would definitely recommend and a pretty good price especially since you get three, super convenient!

12” is the perfect size for the average frozen round pizza, especially those that have directions that say place directly on the oven rack, don’t use a pan. Won’t do that, constantly cleaning oven racks is not my thing. So far these are working out just fine, pizza crust is crispy on the bottom, and they are easy to clean. These are also good for oven french fries, I don’t have to turn them over half way through. Glad to have them.
