Bought this for my Model 21199 (Serial 410376213). Kit as described, with one small glitch. The fuel filter on the mower from from the factory was a small, oval-shaped Briggs & Stratton, while the one in the kit is a longer, more substantial looking filter (Toro part 120-2235, I think). Not a big deal, just had to cut a bit of the hose between the filter and the gas tank to shorten it enough to make it fit. Mower runs fine.

My timemaster was sitting around for nearly 2 years and I couldn't get it started no matter what I tried. I bought a new carbeurator and managed to start it but it ran very rough. I ordered this kit , installed everything and it fired right up with full power. Lesson learned to take care of your equipment and when you need to tune it up don't buy cheap parts. I like this kit because it comes with everything you need including fuel treatment to keep it running smooth. This was sold at a better price than any other place which didn't have the furl treatment so I recommned this purchase.
