This product replaced an older one that I had it comes with additional parts that help with suction. I am very pleased with this product and the way that it cleans and vacuums the bottom part of my vinyl liner in ground pool.

First of all please dont purchase this and then complain it doesn't evenly clean every square inch of your pool. I have a 12x24 intex ultra and it does a fine job. It works entirely off the suction of your filter. It moves by pulsating the suction and scoots along the pool floor. There's some trial and error with the hose weights but once you have the set-up right it randomly bounces around and will clean. Also climbs walls. When our filter is running, this is running too.

I worked well for 5 weeks and suddenly stopped working. For a week I have checked everything, all connections, all the way to the pump. The issue is the vacuum head and most likely the nuzzle. I can’t return it after 4 weeks. That’s sad!

This is the forth year that I'll have an above ground pool. Never really wanted one but it came with the house I bought. The first year I used the Dolphin cleaner. It worked well but then the second year it gave me trouble. Last year I spent a lot of the time in the pool cleaning it with a cheap vac that ran off of the pool pump. This year at the suggestion of a neighbor I bought this device. I took the tarp off the pool yesterday to find a nasty murky mess! I was hoping that the new device would work as neighbor described. The bottom of pool was covered in brown debris. I hooked up the new vac and set my filter to waste setting so as to not fill the sand filter with all the gunk. After a few passes of the new vac I was super excited!! It think its going to work well and should save a lot of time this summer.

I was very hopeful that this budget cleaner would work well in my pool. The price was attractive, and the technology was simple. It came with 2 extra diaphragms. This vacuum cleans well and will climb the walls of your pool, provided you have good pump pressure. The terrible flaw is that it gets completely stuck much too often on steps and corners. I experimented with moving the wheel, weights, less hose, more hose, varying the pump pressure...nothing worked. If you have a pool with no hard corners or low steps, this should work for you. If you are like me and have a few spots where a cleaner can get caught - this one will.

Worked for 1 day. Tried everything to make it work on day 2. Horrible product. It will be returned. Vingli worked for two years before it broke.
