The 12-pound weighted vest is very well made. I appreciate the reflective stripes on the front and back in case I'm walking in the evening. The vest easily adjusts for my small body, but should also fit someone much larger. I find it to be very comfortable. It has loops that keys could be attached to as well as a net pocket on the back of the vest. The extra weight will increase the intensity of my walks and other workouts.

My wife ordered the 16 lbs vest previously, but it is too much for her to wear for extended periods. This 8 lbs one is great.It was actually cheaper than the other brand, and I can hardly tell the difference side by side. There are a few things that are different, but I couldn't tell you what they were if it wasn't a side by side comparison.

This weighted vest is adjustable and feels good when wearing. My wife wears hers around the house and when going on walks. It is comfortable to wear and is a good value. Seems like it will last a while and she really has enjoyed having a weighted vest to add something to her everyday activities.

It's super comfy and actually rather easy to wear. The material is very soft. I like how the clips have the soft material behind them so the clips don't rub against you or your clothing. It's extremely well made and even though I have only had it a few weeks now, I can tell it will last a long time and is very durable. I'm actually quite impressed with the craftsmanship done here. I was nervous about 8 extra pounds, but it's not too much or overbearing at all, I really like it a lot.There are clips that clasp together in the front, and straps you can tighten or loosen as needed. For me, I have to have the straps on the tightest setting, and it's still a bit loose, but not too loose, it's a "comfortable" loose. I absolutely recommend this item and brand.

I haven't had the best luck ordering products from social media. I feel safer purchasing from Amazon. That said, I have the 12lb vest, but should've started with the 8lb. It took some getting used to. It adds more resistance than expected without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. Even helps with my posture on my walks. The fit is snug and challenging in the chest area. I'm a size 16 and bra size is 42DD—no bouncing around—and it really helps elevate a simple walk into a solid workout. Great quality, breathable material, and easy to put on and take off. I wouldn't recommend for anyone that's larger than an XXL with a larger bra size than mine. I use the full length of the straps and it's still pretty snug.For your first walk, use a treadmill to see how your body will respond. Then venture outside, but not too far for the first couple of walks. It really does intensify your cardio.

I'm a short person and this is my first weighted vest. It's a little big on me and the seams at the top of the shoulders can dig in a little, but I'm able to adjust the vest forward or back when that happens. I'm only using it for walking, so it doesn't need to be very snug (and that's good, because the 12-lb vest definitely isn't). I like the reflective striping. Wish this came in other colors.

I was a little surprised when I picked it up, I thought surely it had to be more than 12 lbs, but I put it on a scale, and it was indeed 12 pounds on the dot. It feels well-made, no concerns about the durability of the straps or weighted sections. Convenient storage sack (didn't use it yet). I wore it on a mile hike and could feel the extra strain, and my average heart rate was increased compared with prior sessions of the same hike. I typically wear a medium/8-10, and I do wish the straps could go a bit tighter, if you're a smaller person it might be on the large side for you.
