This does a great job with very very minimal latency. It suits my needs perfectly and I have no complaints. Easy to use, helps me have less cables in my home which I greatly appreciate.

So I've ordered really expensive high end hdmi wireless broadcasters and really cheap ones and when I first ordered this I looked at the price and thought this is going to be just "passing" at best but wow...First thing first this isn't perfect quality but it's more than great. In my usage and tests I plugged this into a dock for the Lenovo Legion Go to act as a 2nd monitor and then I tested what's probably the absolutely most important to me is lipsync. My biggest pet peeve is why does all other adapters have issues with lipsync and you have to go through tricks to get it to sync up well like adjust the delay in VLC players and such. This thing syncs up to the point I'm not feeling any out of sync or ventriloquist talking head issues. I powered it with a 1A 5v adapter with no issues and there was no need to pair the two connectors they seem to find each other with no issues. This exceeds my expectations at the price point. Excellent value, excellent quality, good lipsync, and no serious issues with color tints that other competitor devices have that I'm going to scream I HIGHLY recommend this.

This wireless HDMI cable delivers 1080p at 60Hz streaming and does it without any noticeable lag or artifacts. Setup is almost plug and play, though it’s worth skimming the instructions for any future troubleshooting. Compared to other brands, it’s significantly more affordable while still performing reliably. The range is surprisingly solid, making it especially handy for hotel stays or travel setups where cable routing is a hassle. Its slim design also makes it easy to throw in a tech bag without taking up space. One small note: the USB cable powering the receiver isn’t split like some competitors’ versions, which could’ve added a bit more flexibility. But given the lower price point, that’s not really a drawback here.If you need a compact and cost-effective way to stream video wirelessly on the go, this one’s absolutely worth including in your travel kit.

I hooked this up to use the 70" TV in my office at work as an additional monitor for my laptop. Setup was easy. I leave the transmitter attached to my dock and the receiver is hidden behind the TV. It connects seamlessly every time I dock my laptop. Resolution and picture quality are spot on. Great item. This one is much more affordable than others I have used in the past. Good value.

I'm pretty impressed with the range on this thing. I have another one that while good at a fairly short distance, if I go more than about 100 ft, or another level, its quality dropped considerably. This one actually maintains a good quality up to about 200 ft and I can cast to it from the basement while it's on the second floor. Other than that, it's a pretty much plug and play device. I can't really speak for the response time because I'm just trying to watch some movies and not play a FPS game but I didn't really detect any lags, not that I was looking for it..

I'm not using this for a big screen TV as most people might. I wanted to extend/add a few more monitors to my computer setup w/o the HDMI cable mess and this works fine for that purpose. 1080p is good enough for me. Thanks Amazon

Extremely bright blue LED and oversized housing that blocks using other cables.-- TL/DR begin --Well packaged with competent English documentation. On screen QR code refers user to more detailed online manual.Online manual describes OTA upgrade procedure which puts receiver in 'AP' mode, allows a phone/computer to connect to a device hosted website to configure connection to local wireless network, check/update firmware for both TX/RX, change maximum resolution (480p, 720p, 1080p), etc.Included documentation has a note about operating temperature being 50 degrees [Celsius] and I measured 43C. Similar temp to FireTV stick, but where that product has an HDMI extension, that allows it to work alongside other cables, this does not.Lightweight construction seems adequate. Package includes paperclip, rather than sim eject pin key tool, to reset product. One each Mini and Micro to standard HDMI adapters allow either the TX/RX to fit those. USB cable length is just over 2ft.Assessment logo on product and packaging (CE FCC UKCA). FCC family ID: 2ADFS-- TL/DR end --Nice solution for projects. LED disrupts sleep and I ended up using a coupler, with regular cable, to use product with HDMI switch and to get closer to power source.

The idea of this device is a good one. Being able to set up a wireless video connection between a large-screen monitor and my laptop solves a lot of the classroom setup issues I currently have. I had issues syncing the transmitter and receiver on one of my monitors. Following the instructions, the screen indicated the devices were synced, but the display constantily oscillated between showing my extended display and the sync status screen. I disconnected that monitor and hooked up my LG widescreen, which seems to be working fine. I don't notice any latency when doing regular office-type work (I am not a gamer, but suspect there may be more challenges moving a lot of video signal). My LG monitor is the one I normally use, connected to my laptop by HDMI cable and I can get higher resolution (3440 x 1440) than with this wireless connection (1920 x 1080 max). This lower resolution should work pretty well with our projectors and large-screen TVs to make the screens more readable in a larger room. Both transmitter and receiver must be powered through a USB-A connector. The cable is short, so if you don't have power close to your HDMI on either device, you'll need an extender cable. This was a bit of an inconvenience during my testing. Nevertheless, I think this HDMI extended will be a valuable tool in my classroom toolkit, despite the early frustrations.
