I finally had a chance to try these out after a failed attempt to use with a Fire TV which had problems. This time I used a USB C to HDMI adapter to plug the transmitter into my laptop. The TV was in another room 30ft or so away with the receiver plugged in. The picture came up immediately along with the audio, no action was needed. The picture quality looked great and the audio was crisp and clear. It seemed to sync up pretty well too. I did notice some choppy video in some frames with a lot of motion which was not present on the PC display. Overall I think it works quite well and is a great option if you want to avoid cables.

So far it works great! As everyone has stated, it is a little bit big but I mean, what do you expect? It works really well with a very minimal lagging. Perfect resolution when you have storage and one spot but you want to play in another

The HFITACE wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver suffer from serious size and latency issues. These units are LARGE...measuring about 3 inches long and over 1 inch wide. They are bigger than other wireless HDMI sets in my experience, and easily twice the size of a standard USB flash drive. If you're thinking of getting these for gaming from PC to TV, you might reconsider. I used this wireless HDMI set in the same room, with my PC 5 feet away from the TV and there was a 1-2 second lag. Keep in mind that's 1-2 SECONDS and latency is usually measured in milliseconds. The set comes with 2 USB-C cables for powering the transmitter and receiver as well as one HDMI extender. It also transmits audio via the HDMI which is nice. Installation is plug and play, no Windows drivers, no TV updates required. These will work with just about anything that sends an HDMI signal. You can hook this up to a camera and it will work.Overall, these are best suited for watching shows but I can't recommend them for gaming. Also, due to their size they are likely to take up 2 HDMI ports on your devices if the ports are close together.

The concept is great. However, the execution is poor. The transmitter & receiver are both too bulky to be of anything practical. They block the neighboring HDMI ports when plugged in. You will need an HDMI extender. Other than that, they work as advertised.

Straight out of the box, this is a one-click connection. The only thing that keeps this from being a five-star is that there are times when display is interrupted. There is JUST a little lag, but not enough to be disruptive to my needs... I'm not a gamer, so micro seconds aren't critical to me. I'm actually using mine to connect projectors to my PC. I prefer this to monitors, as I can take a VERY small unit, and cast a MUCH larger 'screen.' I don't use these for home entertainment, but I can see where they would be extremely useful, in that endeavor. This makes it easy for me to spend a fraction of the cost, and obtain a MUCH larger viewing area. One thing I do NOT like about these is the fact that they are too wide to fit in consecutive ports on a multiport video card.As a Linux user, I often rind that things such as this have to be 'played with.' With direct WiFi, this is not the case, and the trasmitter/receiver paired without hesitation, and that's a DEFINITE plus. Since I have to use a DP to HDMI 'pigtail' adapter for two of the ports,, this circumvents the issue of the unit width. I think I'll pick up a 90 degree adapter for HDMI to HDMI, for the fourth and final display. This actually gives me four displays for when I have multiple windows and don't want to be constantly using ALT/TAB for windows behind windows on a single screen.I like that they are reliable through a reboot. I've encountered models that have to be manually reconnected each time a reboot is required. While it's not really a deal-breaker, it's nice to have the convenience of not having to reconnect each time. All in all, it's a GODSEND not to have to be tethered/limited by cord length for a display. I have a setup with screens across the room, so a wireless solution REALLY cuts down on cable routing. Incredible innovation, and deeply appreciated.

Tested this out by plugging it into my already in use 8 way HDMI splitter I use to run HDMI to a whole bunch of different rooms. Plug and play was accurate - setup took about 2 minutes. Latency is low enough for casual video watching but not suited for gaming or anything sensitive to delay. If you can hear multiple TVs in one room the audio delay will kill you, so keep that in mind - it's significant enough to make a weird echo. But it's fine otherwise, if you can't hear both. Heat output from the transmitter is moderate. Picture quality stable at 1080p when signal is good. Functional tool if cabling isn't an option, or for a portable display so you can haul it where you are working without bringing a laptop in there - I've used this for a cheap portable display while I roast coffee outside, and to bring a show into the crawlspace while I'm doing miserable work in there.

I tested the g69 model. If you want to send your 1080p resolution video or content that is on your PC to another monitor, like a big screen TV or a projector, this is what you need. The transmission distance is up to 30 m but that's really pushing it. But that's plenty of space for most applications. You can certainly cast your video across a conference room. It also supports multiple devices connected at the same time. Audio and video both will get transmitted. You do not need the Internet for this to work. It's perfect for home theater. But it might not work well in super high bandwidth situations, which might include certain gaming applications as well as 4K video. I hope the photos are helpful. Although this is a bit expensive, the picture quality is quite good, it's a decent value for the money, and it's super easy to install because it's plug and play.
