Item came damaged and without the screws needed. I reached out to the seller and they agreed to refund me but they issued me a refund that was less than the amount I paid for. When I told them of the issue their only response was, "we've already issued a refund". Awful product and awful seller to work with. Do not buy

I haven’t pressed my first booklet yet (still waiting on other supplies) but this press is very nice and I think it will be quite useful for other crafts. I can’t imagine why someone would just pile heavy stuff on top when this is so much easier and affordable!

My only complaint is that I wish there were instructions included, not just on the Amazon listing, and that they were a bit more clear. It’s a relatively simple device, so assembly isn’t really that complex of a process. It’s still nice to be certain though.Otherwise I love the quality and size. Exactly what I needed.

The board was missing half of the washers when it arrived. It also did not provide instructions on how to put everything together. I was able to figure it out, and found some extra washers in my garage. It seems to work fine, but very disappointed it didn't come with all necessary pieces.
