description states the ramp incline is made of soft rubber, it is made of plastic and very dangerous for dogs with health issues.

This ramp is not at all what I expected. It's more of an inconvenience than a convenience, in my opinion. I have tried another ramp that resembled this ramp but was too heavy and too long for me and still found it convenient. This ramp being smaller and priced about the same was a huge disappointment when I tried to use it. The ramp needs to be assembled and I thought right away that's not what I want to do each time I use it which was to help ease my dog's entrance into my truck as it's been lifted ab additional 5 inches. The pieces are optional. Not needed. Still though the price I paid I'm sure included these pieces now left in the box or elsewhere created an inconvenience. The ramp is too flimsy and set up too much hassle when it could've been avoided.

This is a great ramp for older dogs. It's the perfect height for the sofa, and when it's not in use it folds up nice and neat to be tucked behind the couch out of the way. Very solid, good quality, and easy to set up and take down. The reason I only rated this four stars is because the grade of the incline coupled with the relatively smooth surface makes it difficult for the two older dogs who used it. The protrusions are supposed to act almost like steps, but unless they match your dog's gait they're not going to work as intended. This is the problem I had; both dogs slipped and slid while trying to use the ramp.At the moment we don't need it constantly, but I'm going to try adding some kind of peel-and-stick padding to see if that helps. It wouldn't be an issue in a lower ramp, but it's a bit of an issue with this one.

It’s foldable, which is awesome because it’s easy to store. The rubber non-slip mat is helpful so my dog doesn’t slide around. Plus, the safety side railings are great for keeping him from falling off. The adjustable height feature is cool too, so I can use it for both the bed and the car. However, it’s a bit bulky, and I found it a little hard to carry around.

This seemed like a great option, and it might be for some, but it clasped when my dog tried to use it to get up to the bed. I want to try it again, but it does not seem like to most stable ramp.

Looked nice in the picture and the description sounded good. However, when I opened it, there was a sticky glue all over it since it was delivered on a warm day.The tread plate pattern is a vinyl plastic type material that is very slick when wet. I would not let my older dog attempt to walk up it. the ladder rails going across are merely wood slats wrapped in the same slick vinyl and stapled underneath. Then glued to the ramp. The glue melted all over the ramp. The metal frame seems sturdy, but the ramp material and finishing touches are awful.

Ramp was well made but too steep of an incline for my miniature dachshund. I should have measured what length ramp I needed in order to give a more gentle incline.
