The foam roller itself is great, if a bit shorter than I'd hope. It does a good job of stretching and popping your back or rolling your belly over after certain exercises (though, I've since learned about the backpod and peanut balls, which are much more intense, and not quite the same gentle stretch). Even rolling forearms over it on a table or desk can be surprisingly nice.The massage stick is great for really applying some pressure to your legs or someone else's upper arms.The ball is almost perfect for bracing against a wall or the floor and digging into your shoulder blades and the area between your spine and rib for relieving costo pain, but again, the backpod or a peanut ball is probably better, and the material on this one part of this kit has a very faint tacky feel to it. Not super unpleasant, but just... weird.The resistance band is exactly what it looks like, and can be satisfying to use for a bit, but I prefer more dedicated products with handles etc. for this type of workout or stretching. I guess for part of a starter or travel kit, it's nice?All in all, I recommend the kit.

I have irritating ' and I use the roller cause it's so rough it helps take some of the irritation away

This product was purchased for a family member. They were truly excited to receive it and have used this foam roller many times. They use it to stretch and massage their back.

I'm so glad that I got this set instead of just the roller. The bar with the roller balls on it is perfect for my legs and arms and the strap has helped with quad stretches. The big roller is awkward for me to use on the floor but I've found that it works great against the wall. The fact that it's open on the ends allows me to put my fingers in it and move it around to the exact place where it's needed. I've even used the ball a few times to get into some hard to reach spots at the top of my shoulders. It seems like I'm a little less sore after workouts now.

This foam roller kit is made from sturdy foam material that provides excellent support during stretches and recovery. Roller feels different than others. The smaller wavy folds seem to pull and stretch the skin more than a regular flat roller while using it. Feels more like a myofascial effect than other rollers I have used. No place for spine to settle into so be prepared for more pressure on the spinous processes or bumps on your back in central locations. For me roller could be wider but for traveling this size is better. Bag not bad will see if it holds up. Myofascial baster not worth it in my opinion. Next time if possible I would just get the roller. The roller is very different than my other 2 that I own.
