It works. Be aware that the arms might not be aligned properly. I have a 2007 and had to remove the nut from the back to re-align them. See photos on how to adjust them. It went down into the cowl first time I turned them on. All the holes lined up, the connector plugs directly in as it should, and the function is exactly as I'd expect.From what I can tell, this pretty much looks exactly like the failed one I pulled out of my Jeep.This one bolted right in and connected up perfectly. At one third the price of genuine Mopar, this seems like an easy decision.
