This is a great value set. The bristles are very soft, much like that of a makeup brush. The brushes haven’t shed on me much, and the cut is pretty decent - it’s great for the price! They work well for infrequent or one-off decorating. They’re almost too nice to let a kid use, but not nice enough to be a pro or frequent baker’s go-to set.Be careful getting them out of the bag - I got some bristles out of alignment when the sticky seal of the bag got a brush head that had somehow poked out of its individual wrapper.
