this is a great grinder!! great price also, i used this to grind pepper corns or any other sort of spice ,any i filled it halfway to grind,i took less then 30 seconds and done

This coffee grinder is does a really good job of grinding the coffee and it gives a few choices as to how fine you want grounds. I didn't give it 5 stars because of how loud it is. If the noise is not an issue for you then it is a good buy

I have a faulty device that does not grind. Worked for a few months and stopped suddenly. It’s super clean and I have no electrical issues. Just grinder does not start.

Look at my images.The red marks are the location where the plastic clips on the protective cover go into.You then have to turn the cover until those clips slide into the lock position (blue arrow).Here's the problems:- There is no alignment marks or help on the cover.- The clips only work on that small portion of the rim. So if you go past those they unclip.- You can turn PAST the lock position. Which makes it really hard to lock this dumb safety feature...- The protective cover will come undone by the vibration of the machine.

I have used coffee grinders for a couple of decades. Seemingly most all operate on a similar level. This one is different. It measures well, the grinding of different types of grinds ie. fine coarse etc. Is really easy to accomplish. Clean up is a breeze. It's easy to use and of course nothing beats the smell of freshly ground coffee.

I liked the idea of removable Stainless Steel bowl, however, during my third consecutive coffee bean grind, the grinder was really struggling then stopped working. Could not get it to resume operation, returned to Amazon.Update: I was using this product in a pulsing fashion to grind my coffee as I had done with my previous grinder. After further review of my experience with this product, I realized that this product has an overload circuit that prevents overheating the unit's motor, which resets after ~30 minutes. When using this product, I would not advise using a pulsing technique to grind, just use a specific length of time such as 20-25 seconds. This company's excellent customer service in offering to compensate me for my inconvenience has convinced me to change my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.
