This has worked well for me so far. It's a good basic switch that works with the HDMI outputs from my laptop and mini-PC and my new LG (very) wide monitor. I don't push the frame rates or resolution, but the displays I use are 4K - nothing less than 1440 will do! I tend to avoid the switches that require external power supplies because it's one more cable and thing to plug in. This gets power from the computers that are plugged into it over the USB inputs.The reason I say it's basic is because of two missing things. First, it only has two USB connections. Many people, like me, have more devices than just a mouse and keyboard to share, like video camera and microphone (for mini-PC and other desktop PCs). The second, less necessary, is the remote switch. So far, I've always been able to place my switches nearby so it's easy to press the button on top of the case to switch input sources. Given the lengths of the cables on most devices, this seems like it would be the more general case.Four stars for being a good switch that works with my computers and monitor(s). If it had more inputs, it would be five.

This is a good product, working fine so far.I was hesitating by seeing few reviews of this product, but bought anyway before one month.Overall good product, now I use a usb hub with mouse/keyboard and ethernet and switch to other computer without moving ethernet/mouse/keyboard when required, saves lot of of time. Also the product does not get heated up, it stays cool.
