I compared this paper to 2 different 100% cotton papers in side by side tests. Easily outperformed one of them. It was pretty comparable to the other 100% cotton paper, but that paper is roughly 4 times as expensive! Dollar for dollar this is THE best paper I’ve ever used! It will become my go to paper from now on. Love this paper!

As a beginner in watercolor, I've tried ALL THE PAPER..it's crazy but I have. The problem I have had with alternatives to 100% cotton is the way the pigment lays down and looks after drying. It's uneven and hard to see your real progress unless you're using the real thing. Fabriano is the answer and it's such a deal. I see one reviewer got 12 pages but I didn't. I got all 50 pages in a thick pad and I feel fine using it for anything from exercises to painting something like florals. You can really see how you'r strokes are improving etc. Love it. This is officially the paper I'm buying when I'm not buying arches, hahnemuhl, baohoang, winsor & Newton paper. This is a real deal and a generous amount in a large thick pad. So happy with it.

If you ever want to paint happily, then use this paper! It is wonderful! It takes water beautifully, but when you want to remove paint, it allows you to do so quite readily. It just holds the paint so brilliantly. I’m very pleased with it.

I'd never use this paper for final projects (that's what my Arches is for), but I like using these for color swatches, testing new paintbrushes, and doodles. It doesn't handle water well enough (even with stretching) for the kind of wet on wet I like to do. It does handle frisk (masking fluid) well enough though. Other brands that make non-100% cotton paper more easily rip or tear when I use frisk, so this is a plus for this particular paper. I like how cheap this is for 50 pages

Tenía dudas de si soportaría la cantidad de humedad para la acuarela y salió excelente, son 50 hojas de 300g/m2 de algodón en una medida de 22.9 cm X 30.5, vienen adheridas con goma y es muy fácil desprenderlas, el paquete llegó sin ningún golpe o marca.Muy buena compra.
