Delivered today, installed in about 5-10 minutes. After just 1 being installed, could tell that the 1 could support the hood, went ahead and installed the 2nd just to be safe. With both hood supports working, do have to use more force/pressure to pull the hood down, compared to my dodge durango that only uses 1 hood support, but it beats having the heavy hood fall on someone.

Wow, these are great! The car parts store wanted to charge me 6 times more to ordered these hood struts and a mechanic said to install was going to be at least $75 , if there were no complications. Well I followed the instructions exactly and it took less than 10 minutes. The product seems to be strong and fits perfect. Thanks
