Our package includes two replacement magnetic rings. If you need additional rings, you can easily find and purchase them on Amazon.

5. Do I need to remove my phone case to use this mount?
We recommend removing the phone case for optimal magnetic strength if you're using an iPhone 12 or newer. If your phone case already has magnetic capabilities, you don't need to remove it. For phones without magnetic capabilities, we suggest placing the included magnetic ring inside your phone case before use.

Maybe this doesn’t work well for me because I’m short! Lmfao. It does the job but man I’m very frustrated trying to get the right angle. I bought it for culinary school and it was just a pain to use. I’ve seen it work on other people but it wasn’t the best for me personally. It is sturdy and isn’t heavy at all. The magnet strength is perfect but I wouldn’t consider it for short people. I’m 4’11 if that helps and my counter space is a little high, lol! If I’m wrong someone correct me but I’m just going to stick to a tripod for now.

Product is ok I just didn’t like how I had to have my head on a low angle trying to look in the camera while trying to see the food I was preparing. Maybe will work better for other content other than food

Perfect for what I needed. As a content creator, I needed something to allow me to film my pov while staying hands free. Great for tutorials and showing my hands working. This was super easy to set up and use. It works with my IPhone 13 plus perfectly. I’d say everything is good quality and isn’t heavy on my neck. I was worried it would become uncomfortable but I can have it on my neck while it holds my phone with no issue. Fits well on myself and my boyfriend. Comes with something to hold a GoPro but we haven’t hooked ours up to it yet so I can’t speak on how that works.The only con I can think of is if I am doing something that moves my shoulders a lot then it will shake along with my shoulders. For the content I create, this isn’t a huge issue

This thing seriously sucks. I rarely write reviews, but when a product pisses me off as much as this one did, I can’t help but voice my frustration and help avoid this for someone else.The arm on the main component of the mount is so stiff and difficult to move, resulting in the little metal ring that I stuck to my phone to detach and become permanently fixed to the mount. the magnet is so much stronger than the adhesion that is on the ring for your phone, making it really only useful one time because as soon as I try to remove my phone from the mount, the ring detaches from my phone and attached to the amount making it completely useless and it is impossible to take the ring off of the mount because the magnetic force is so strong and it is so flush with the mount. Terrible design, but good idea.
