These Maozaa 50 pcs Self-Drilling Drywall Anchors with Screws are well made and easy to drive into the wall. I hung different things and even pulled down on the screw, and it didn’t budge. These are good for hanging heavy wall decor and definitely good for the price.

These sheetrock screw adapters are a really good idea. I have found them to be much more convenient than traditional hollow wall anchors. I don’t need to drill a hole for a collar. All it takes is hammering in the adapter. It goes in easily with a small hammer. I am taking care to not overdo the pounding. I don’t want to pop a drywall screw or end up with a tape crack. So far, so good. No problems, it just goes in. Once flush with the surface it feels secure and it isn’t coming out. Then, when I screw in the mounting screw, everything tightens up totally and it feels very strong. I haven’t tried very heavy items with it, but it sure works great for pictures and small hanging items on walls. I would guess that it would do a good job with shelf supports. It feels very strong. I like these very much and I think they are a great time saver.

Not as strong as traditional anchors that you pre-drill for. That said, these aren't rated by pounds like the others are either. This is perfect for hanging light objects like picture frames. Requires a lot less equipment. Just a hammer and screwdriver..

4/19/2025 : seem like heavy duty anchor/screw combo. I wanted to have these on hand, for those installations that need a good anchor, and when I don’t want to drill a separate hole. Will update if anything goes wrong.
