No matter if I make 2 or 9 cups it always leaks from the top and the sides. I am very dissatisfied with this product. It looks good but performs very poorly. Another reason to buy made in the USA! I would love to return it and purchase another percolator from a more reliable USA company.Thank you,Vince

One thing would have made this purchase a 5 star, a better way to stop bubbling spills when it percolates. Maybe a permanent filter that let every coffee grind slide right through. If I use the coarsest grings, I don't get a strong coffee, no mater how long I let it perk. As it us, it bubbles and spews over the side.

This percolator is exactly as advertised. It's a heavy-duty stainless steel pot and basket. The top of the basket snaps on to the basket and very few grounds end up in the finished brew. I searched for a week to find a stainless steel percolator made in the United States only to discover none are made here. This one is made in China. I wasn't happy with that, but it was the best product I could find. I love the taste of the coffee and the high quality of the percolator.

I've had this percolator for many years. It's our camping coffee pot when we are primitive camping. Its works great and you can adjust the "strength" of the coffee by just keeping an eye on it perking.
