2007 F-150 2WD rear shock replacement. Noticeably smoother ride quality on back end of truck. What I thought was a chronic wheel shimmy was actually a bad shock. These solved the problem. I’ve bought cheap shocks in the past and learned my lesson. Buy a reputable brand that stands behind their product. I’ve done the installs on shocks before and it’s typically 1/2 hour per side if you have the right tools set up and ready to go. In this case I had zero time so had them installed by a local shop and was charged $100. It’s just two bolts per shock so don’t let them rip you off. So far very happy with these after three weeks on the truck.

Wasn’t to hard to install. Look and feel have been great. Ride handling has been much better than the stock.

Quality ride. Way better than the OEM shocks for the F 150. Plus, they're adjustable.My only complaint would be the red rubber boot. It just doesn't look right on a blue truck. That's not enough to give it any less than 5 stars, though.

They arrived very quickly I believe it was two business days with only standard shipping. These shocks installed quick and easy and I was pleased that they actually fit like advertised. Same goes for the Rancho quick lifts I bought for the front.

I did the set from Rancho. First I had a neighbor help with the quick lifts for the front which raised the front a couple inches. The fronts were a way more difficult to install compared to the back shocks it's a Hugh difference. The back shocks took ten minutes max apiece. I am not even a shade tree mechanic by any means and if I can do it, anybody can. Can't believe how easy they were into install, I actually believe my 9 year old son could have done it! I didn't even think I needed shocks (80,000 miles) but I was wrong. When the old shocks were removed, when compressed they wouldn't even bounce back. They definitely needed to be replaced. rancho has a promotion which makes the difference you'll pay for a high quality shock comparable to the cheaper shocks. My truck although drives like a tank, it's a smooth riding tank, what a difference.

Couldn't ask for more! The look of these shocks are sweet & the ride comfort is perfect now! With the adjustability you get from these shocks I found the sweet spot at 7 & my truck rides so smooth now I couldn't be happier! If you have an F150 & the bed shakes at about 50mph GET THESE SHOCKS!
