Just installed this on my 2024 Canyon. Took 5-10 minutes, most of the time spent unpacking them from the shipping tube.They are well made, work great, look OEM and allow the hood to open about 2-3 inches higher than if supported by the factory rod.No regrets.

Installed in about 10 minutes on a new Colorado. Great product. Perfect fit, easy to use. Durability remains to be seen after only a couple months. But for the price, if these last a year, it's worth it.

Easy to install, about 15 minutes or so. Work great so far and actually lift the hood a bit higher than the "stick" does. Seem well made and the instructions are easy to follow.

Went with the more expensive hood lifts and glad I did! These are nice and quality product! I made sure to push them down and depress them before install which helps free them up a bit. Some have not done this and complained so I recommend doing so.

It took longer to round up my socket set and read the instructions than it did to install these struts. Quality product. It is hard to imagine why GM doesn't have hood struts on their $50K+ Canyons and Colorados. Highly recommend this product.
