This 2 in 4 out USB C 3.2 Sharing Switch is very good for anyone juggling multiple computers. I use both a work laptop and a personal desktop, and this switch has streamlined my workspace beautifully. It allows me to share my keyboard, mouse, printer, and external drive between two systems without constantly plugging and unplugging cables.Setup was effortless—no drivers needed, just plug and play. The 10Gbps data transfer speed is genuinely impressive. I regularly transfer large media files, and the speed boost is noticeable. The hybrid 2-in-1 connector is a smart touch, offering compatibility with both USB-A and USB-C ports, which worked perfectly for my mix of devices.Switching between computers is intuitive thanks to the button and wired controller options. The LED indicators (red for PC1, blue for PC2) are a small but helpful detail. I also appreciate the optional USB-C power input, which kept my external SSD stable during heavy file transfers.Overall, this is a compact, efficient, and high-performing switch that's ideal for any dual-computer setup. Highly recommended!Slick looking switcher looks very nice on desk.

I had the situation where I was having to transfer large files from a non-networked computer to another. I was using a flash drive, which was OK, but this switch allows me to keep everything plugged in permanently and switching between computers is just a touch of the button. The switch comes with the basic accessories needed to get started: Two USB-C to USB-C cables with a USB-A adapter tethered on one end for connecting to the host computers and another cable that lets you operate the switch remotely. You can attached up to four devices (two USB-A and two USB-C) to be switched. If you actually attach multiple devices, you could possibly draw too much current from the single USB port on the host so there is a USB-C port that allows you to attach an external power supply (not included) to power the ports. For my single device use it was not needed.Once everything was attached, the switch worked fine with just a press of the button to switch hosts. The host computers are identified as "red" or "blue" and the button on the switch (and remote) will glow red or blue to identify which connection is active. I got lucky in that one of my computer's keyboard has a red backlighting so identification is easy. If your computer's setup is not that obvious, I would think that a little swatch of blue painters tape would solve that easily.

The control is easy, one button switching from one to another one. All 4 usb are working but make sure you are not using bluetooth mouse or keyboard, wireless dongles will be fine because it's following with the usb port. I tried with my mac mini and pc, switching is smooth and both ends are working when I swapped. Also, I tried the usb harddrive switching. It's working as long as the format is readable for both PC and Mac but I don't recommend hot plug HDD because it might damage it.In order to make the usb-c plug useful, I tried type-C to type-B converter on the usb C port because most of my usb devices are B to C. They are also working after being converted if you have the same concern. There is a cord with a button for remote switch, not that useful for me but I still plug it in because it will be gone if stored it somewhere else. It's interest that it's a type-A connector so there are all 3 type of the usb on it. Anyway, this switch is working great and instant.

Love this switch: the fact that it has 4 ports is nice, with a mix of USB-A and USB-C. I also really love the extension control button fob. It is also really helpful to have different colors for each computer, so you can tell which one is active. The ONLY thing that would have made this more perfect was if the extension control button had an LED light indicating which computer it was as well, in addition to the switch itself.
