Bought it for the echo smart hub to power it over Ethernet. Unfortunately, the hub needs both 9V 1.4A and 5v 2.4A, and this only provides the latter. Seems like a good product, well built, quite expensive, but would recommend if you need itfor something like the g4 camera, NOT echo smart hub.
