I'm overall pleasantly surprised by this soap dispenser, especially at this price point. It feels well-made and has an attractive design. Looks modern and will match most kitchens. Top screws off easy for refilling soap. I'm actually going to be ordering a second so I can add a hand soap dispenser in addition to dish soap!

love this dispenser bc the spout is nice and long. i find usual ones are too short and too close to the sink wall that sometimes for bigger items where i want to dispense soap directly, i am unable to do that (i.e. round skillet). with this longer spout, i had no problem.rated 4 star bc i found that the chrome finish looked really cheap. i would highly suggest the brushed nickle.

What can I say, I needed a new soap dispenser and picked this one. Unfortunately, the color is off for my set up but that isn't the company's fault. It works well, hasn't leaked or giving me any issues. It was a bit difficult to install however, again, not the company's fault, it is just space available to get the bottle and washer up to the sink counter. This is great replacement item for a good price.

I got this black soap dispenser to match my new black faucet. The installation was straightforward and it works well.The volume of soap dispensed is a good amount and it has good suction and lift. I did replace the bottle and attach a longer straw to suck straight from a 80 oz refill bottle and it works great with the longer straw

Read the product description. The pump handle and all of the product is plastic. This is an oil rubbed bronze color in plastic. One of the reviews (Amazon Vine customer review of the free product) post states this stainless steel. It is not! I made the mistake of trusting the review and not the product description. I have had this installed for less than a week, so I am not able to comment on the durability. Not so sure the plastic pump handle will last or clean easily or keep the color.

This is an upgrade from my old soap dispenser. It was very simple to install and tighten down the only thing I'm not crazy about is the fact that you can just pull the pump head right off so it seems loose fitting but it doesn't effect the function at all and it works very well and looks very sleek. The threads for the bottle do seem a little loose, you can't tighten those down after a certain point.

I mounted this on my kitchen sink to fire the dish soap straight into the bowl - which it does very well. I don’t use hand soap at the kitchen sink, I just grab the dish soap container, anyway., so I really wanted a way to get rid of the dish soap bottle without having to pull it out from under the sink every time. This was the answer. My tap is mounted to one side of the back of the sink so I mounted this in the centre and it shoots the dish soap right into the target area of the tap - instant bubbles.Happy with this unit - well made, easy to mount and refill and it matches my tap.

Okay, so, I don't consider myself any sort of handyman guru or anything like that. But I also don't consider myself to be completely useless, either.Our existing kitchen sink is sort of a black plastic/fiberglass deal, which I've never really liked. Coupled with the fact that it had a lot of ill-fitting accessories (antique brass/chrome drinking tap, faucet with broken handle, and soap pump), along with a ton of crap under the sink (disconnected garbage disposal, ancient/unusable filtration system, etc.). So, I got rid of all the crap that didn't work or didn't look nice, and replaced the broken faucet with a chrome and black rubber one. With the absence of the antique brass soap pump and drinking faucet, though, I was left with a nice sink, nice faucet, and two holes on either side.While I covered both sides with electrical tape, I wanted to find a soap pump for one side, and I (still) want to find a small black plug for the other. When I saw this matte black pump, I instantly ordered it.Which brings us to now. It's working, it gives ample soap (lighter squeeze for less, if you like), and it looks PERFECT where it is. Infinitely more fitting than the previous one.For a moment, though, I had almost given it one star and a horrendous review. The instructions are, in a word, not that great. There were references to the 'base', but there isn't really (in my opinion) a base. It's moreso like, there's a threaded plastic tube that goes into the hole, and on one end, you screw the bottle, and on the other end you screw a nut. Then the pump is just placed atop the nut. Well, the tube (to me anyway) looked IDENTICAL at either end. And I didn't see anything in the instructions suggesting one end needed to go one way and one end the other. It basically just says you install the base, fill the bottle with soap, then attach the pump. There's a diagram, but nothing was making sense. I wasn't seen a 'base', and every time I tried to screw the bottle directly onto the tube, it wouldn't work - the end of the bottle, and the end of the tube seemed to be the same size - was I missing the base? There had to be SOMETHING between the bottle and tube, and they keep referencing 'base'... where are the rest of my parts?Well, eventually, like any novice, frustrated, but determined individual. I tried turning the plastic tube upside down to see if that would help. Well, the bottle screwed right on, and all is once again balanced in the world.Took me more time that I care to admit, but very happy with this product. Would gladly order again.
