This was a nice set to add to the yarn bag. Great tools for teaching a new young fiber artist.

I bought this kit to help out my nieces. Holding yarn can be the hardest thing to learn in the beginning. This didn't really help a lot, because whether you hold the yard yourself or use one of these ring holders, it is still an adjustment to learn. I have arthritis in my hands so I am trying to teach myself to use one. The foam hook holders help with the arthritis as well. The stitch markers are cheap, but they work. I guess this kit is worth the price.

I recently tried the Crochet Kit Set that includes 5 ergonomic crochet hook grips and rings, and it's been incredibly helpful for a beginner like me! The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold, reducing strain during long crafting sessions. The kit has everything I need to get started, and the grips fit securely on the hooks, making it easy to work with different yarns.I appreciate how user-friendly it is, with clear instructions that guide you through basic techniques. This kit has truly made my crochet journey enjoyable and less intimidating. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to start crocheting

Let me start by saying I don't have arthritis, so maybe I'd feel differently if I did. But I actually found these to be uncomfortable and made my hands sore. I might would like them if they had more of a memory foam consistency. This isn't the first time I've used needles with an ergonomic grip. In fact, two of my favorite have a soft plastic grip that's half the diameter of these foam things. Luckily, they aren't going to waste, because my cats are enjoying them as their latest toy, and it's great for distracting them from the yarn.I gave it three stars because they threw in the lovely rings and stitch markers which are always oh so handy. But if I was just doing the foam handles themselves, I'd have to drop it to two stars.

It came with a LOT of stitch markers, which is great for people who lose them. They lock closed like a safety pin, but since they are plastic they can bend and pop open if you tug on them. The hook handles hold the hooks very securely. I like that they have different sized holes so that you can pick the one that best matches your hook. They are comfortable to hold in my fiance's arthritic hands. The rings are study and work well. My daughter already stole one for her project. Overall a nice set!

This is a kit with a lot of crochet accessories. Mainly there are a lot of stitch markers, more than I'll ever need, but they work well and there are lots of them. There are 5 rings, which are the main reason I was interested in getting this. The foam crochet hook/stitching needle handles are not really to my liking, though, and they only work on hooks or needles that don't have handles already. The colors are all accurate to the pictures, and so are the items themselves. There are plenty of colors of different stitch markers, I didn't count them all but it definitely looks like the 10 colors of 10 each. The rings are what I was most in need of, and they work well, though as they look from the images they're simple by design. They adjust very easily, even fitting over my large fingers with just a little bit of pulling at them, and adjustable to fit over a smaller finger by pulling the other way. Whether they'll work well for you or not is a matter of personal taste though, I've seen that with all the ring style of yarn tensioners.I really don't think I'd want to use the foam grips for crochet hooks, or for knitting needles. They looked like they were some kind of rubber, but they aren't, unfortunately, so they feel weird in the fingers. They're firmer than rubber (or silicone) would be, and harder to grip because of how tough they are to indent. The fact that I find them to be larger than I'd want with the material they're made of, even with my large hands, means I don't think they'd be comfortable for most people. But that's also a matter of personal preference, they might be what you need.Overall, this is a bit expensive for what you get, and I don't think I'd personally choose them again with the foam handles. At the very least, it's not for me; whether it's what you need or not, only you can decide. The stitch markers, however, will continue to be useful for me.I only review items that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not mince words. I write exactly what I think about a product - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.
