Updated Review: Susteas customer service reached out to me through Amazon after seeing my original review. They offered information that the grater parts are not dishwasher safe as they may melt. I've informed them that the ad details here on Amazon does state it is dishwasher safe. As I stated before when I did use it, it worked well. Super easy compared to hand grating big blocks of cheese. In hindsight I should have contacted them to see about resolving the issue before returning. The customer service is top notch in wanting their customers satisfied and happy with their products.Original Review: Seemed great but returning. Unboxed, put together, made sure it sectioned to counter and that it turned properly. Took apart and washed all pieces on top rack of dishwasher, except the base. Used it once to grate a block of cheddar. It worked well. Not perfect but much easier and faster than a metal hand grater. Again washed all parts used on top rack of dishwasher. Now the grating barrel doesnt fit in the chute properly. Please note that there are zero instructions in the box but the online description stated that parts were top rack dishwasher safe. This whole thing is plastic except the various metal blades. It did suction to our old formica counters fine.

I've been wanting to get this brand because it has nice sharp blades, stable unit, and easy to use. I love the suction so you're sure and it makes grating anything so much secure, faster, and easier. It's also easy to clean.

I love this! Sturdy and I’m saving money buying blocks of cheese and shredded it myself. Fine and regular shredded cheese. I peeled potatoes and fried them to two minutes to slice the potatoes. I haven’t made ruffled chips yet. I had a cheaper version which I giving away. Buying my kids one for Christmas.

This grater has been way more useful than I expected! I have used it on everything from cheese and carrots to potatoes and it handled each one like a champ. The blade swap is quick and hassle-free and I really appreciate the little storage case for the extra blades, keeps everything neat and easy to find. Cleanup is a breeze, a quick rinse and it is good to go. It definitely speeds up food prep without needing to plug anything in, which I love.

Excellent manual grater and mandolin. I hate skinning my knuckles on the old box type graters. This device protects your hands. I bought for our rental unit.

I cannot get the handle on nor can I turn knob to attach to table. This not the one I saw on utube. I missed my opportunity to return and I’m stuck with something I can’t put together. Very disappointed. It is not what I expected.
