What I like about this pad of paper:>Each sheet of paper is thick enough for light water coloring, some markers and acrylic paints.>Each paged has deep perforations, that make removing each sheet easy.>a decent value given the amount of paper, and the pricepoint(6.99 at the time of review) .

Good value.Good paper for watercolor--wet on wet or wet on dry.Easy to tear the perforations to remove from the book.Cut into smaller pieces if needed.Paper is thick enough to hold the water without a lot of warping. Not so textured it's bothersome, but has some texture.Absorbs as expected.

This paper pad was a great addition to my beginner watercolor kit. The paper is sturdy and thick. One side is extremely textured, so do expect to need a lot of paint to soak into the divots. The other side is smoother. There is no mention of what this paper is made from, so I think of it as practice paper to play around with. I did find that different colors bled and combined more than I would like. This might be due to how much water I needed to use to overcome the texture. That being said, the perforations were great and the price is right.

This watercolor is great. It’s nice and thick and it doesn’t warp when using watercolors and once it’s dry. It has a little texture to it, which I’m not sure is standard for all watercolor paper, but the quality of this paper is really good. Recommend!

I'm a beginner to watercolors, and this is a great pad of paper for me to use as I learn. I like that the spiral is at the top, so it's not in the way if I rest my arm or try to get my brush to the edge, and the perforation at the top is great for removing pieces that turn out well so that I can display them or frame them. While I don't know a lot about watercolor paint or paper yet, the pages seem sturdy and have a good texture similar to other finished pieces I've seen. It seems a good value for the price, so I'd purchase again.

My teenage daughter loves to make art and she's been doing more with watercolors recently, so I ordered her this pad of watercolor paper to help her up her game. This pad is really quite nice. The paper is very thick, with one side having a pronounced texture to it that I associate with watercolor artwork, while the flip side is a bit smoother. Overall, I can't imagine any artist (or budding artist) who wouldn't be pleased to have this as the "canvas" for their artwork.

I had a ton of fun swatch and playing on this watercolor paper. I couldn't find the paper contents so I am assuming it is a cellulose paper, but it has good sizing, and barely warped even tho I tortured it with tons of water. I tried to take a picture showing the warping of the paper, which is almost none. This is a great value of student grade cellulose paper. I would happily use all the paper in this set. If your a starving artist, need good paper that likes water. This is the paper. It's my new favorite practice paper!

Unlike the other reviewer who gave this a glowing review, yet hadn't even painted on it yet, I have spent all day painting on this new pad of watercolor paper. I didn't expect much, mostly because the past few I've tried haven't been so great and this one was even less costly than those. But I figured it would be something to practice on regardless. Well, I'm here to tell you, I'll happily grab this any time for practice painting!! It's likely a cotton blend due to the way it holds water on the page and the fact that it doesn't say 100% cotton anywhere. It's a cold pressed paper with texture on the front and none on the back. I did two wet on wet paintings and several wet on dry paintings, and some wet on damp... They all did beautifully. I was able to scrub and lift really well with some small pilling after several good scrubs across the same place. So this is a decently though paper as well. I was able to lift my non-staining paint almost back to the white of the paper (it'll never go back to what it was), so I was very impressed with that also. It has very mild buckling, and I used a heat tool, which always makes buckling worse. For $6.99, at the time of this review, this is a fantastic pad of paper for practice!! Some might even like it for gifting paintings to friends and family. It isn't for commissioned paintings, obviously, but it is good paper! I won't hesitate to purchase another when I fill this one. It's my first spiral, my paper has so far been pads that are glued, or blocks. It's quite nice to have a spiral where you can fold the cover open and lay it flat, saving a lot of precious real estate on my painting area! I included a picture of the paper up close so you can see the texture. It really brings out the wow factor in my granulating paintings and isn't one that repeats so much that it shows on the final painting. This texture really let's the paints shine, and that's what we want. A big thanks to Creazic for making an affordable, quality watercolor pad!!🙏🏼 This is the one to buy!
